5. How to Connect and Test / It usually takes from a few hours.

  1. Go to the platform: https://DVCtechnologies.pro

  2. No personal account and passwords are required — only the AI assistant project is registered. 

  3. Enter the project name (recommended: your website name), provide your email, and enter the verification code. The project will be created.

  4. Open the AI assistant settings section and click the Start button.

  5. Send the required site pages to the server, and then, if necessary, continue by adding additional page URLs and documents one by one. The full process typically takes about 30–40 minutes.

Important: The accuracy of the information used by the AI assistant is critically important:

  • Documents must contain consistent, non-contradictory facts.

  • Avoid using multiple documents to describe the same process or product.

  • The assistant works with web pages (HTML/PDF). For plain text, copy and paste the information into the appropriate field.

  1. Important: Fill out the business profile and contact form — this significantly affects the quality of the AI assistant’s responses.

  2. Test the assistant in AI Test Mode. The test mode is free for 1 week:

Users scan the QR code or click the AI widget and communicate in text or voice in their own language. If needed, the AI assistant redirects the user to a human manager.

Access to the AI assistant web page is free and does not require registration.

We can integrate the AI assistant with Email, Telegram, and WhatsApp. For integration, please contact support — access to a corporate email account is required, so these integrations are configured individually.


7. Data Security

All data is stored on secure servers and is used exclusively for training and operation of the AI assistant. Data is not shared with third parties.

The AI assistant consults and promotes only the products and services of its own company.

  • It may make mistakes if the data is incomplete or contradictory.

  • A human manager is required to handle conflict situations and personalized offers.
