INFO Service is a multilingual digital assistant that works 24/7 and gives visitors quick, clear, and accurate information about a specific location: a building, airport, train station, museum, stadium, exhibition center, or any other public space.

INFO Service helps people find their way. It answers questions about locations, routes, schedules, services, rules, and infrastructure.

Example questions:

  • Where is the check-in desk?

  • When does the next shuttle leave?

  • Where is the nearest exit, restroom, medical point, or information desk?

INFO Service supports text and voice and works on mobile devices using QR codes placed around the location.

The assistant learns from your internal information:

  • Instructions and rules

  • Descriptions of services and routes

One INFO Service can replace most of the on-site information staff.

You can set up INFO Service yourself for free. If needed, our specialists can do the full setup for you.

5. Connection and testing

No personal account is required — only a project registration.

Enter the project name (for example: “Airport T1 Info”), your email, and the confirmation code. The project is created automatically.

Next:

  1. Upload information from your website, schedules, instructions, and other materials.

  2. Add extra pages and documents if needed.

  3. Setup usually takes 30–40 minutes.

For best quality, the information must be clear and consistent.
Avoid using several documents describing the same topic.

Be sure to fill in the business profile and contacts — this improves accuracy.

A free one-week test (INFO Test) is available:

  • Prepare typical visitor questions

  • Test complex navigation and route questions

  • Ask questions outside the assistant’s knowledge to see its behavior

You receive a link to the widget and a QR code. They can be placed:

  • On navigation signs and stands

  • On the website of the building or airport

  • On tickets, wristbands, passes

  • On self-service info kiosks

Visitors scan the QR code or open the widget on their phone and receive answers in their own language, in text or voice.

The assistant can redirect a person to a staff member if the question is outside its scope.

Integration with Email, Telegram, and WhatsApp is available.


7. Data security

All data is stored on secure servers and used only for INFO Service.
No data is shared with third parties.


8. Limitations and competence

INFO Service provides information only about the location where it is installed.

Errors are possible if data is incomplete or contradictory.

Complex or conflict situations should be handled by the location’s staff.
