DVC MONITOR
Monitoring and Control of Engineering Equipment

1. About the Service
DVC MONITOR is a universal platform for monitoring and remote control of engineering equipment.
It is used in industry, housing and utilities, energy, agriculture, service, and manufacturing.

Main features:

  • Monitor electrical installations and get data from sensors.

  • Control devices and respond quickly to problems.

  • Connect via RS485, 0–5V, GSM, Wi-Fi, or Modbus.

  • Work with existing devices without replacing them.

  • Scale to a network of many objects.

  • Support white-label solutions.

  • Controllers last 5–10 years, save settings during power failures, and restore connection automatically.
  • The warranty period for equipment is from 1 to 3 years depending on the type
  • Local server works without internet.

  • Access with two-factor authentication; data can be stored locally or in the cloud. Now we are testing encryption.

  • Blocks suspicious connections and notifies the administrator.

  • Store data from 1 month up to several years; export to Excel or PDF.

  • Built-in analytics and forecasts for energy use, peak loads, and electricity quality.

  • Custom email notifications.

  • Easy-to-use interface, demo mode, staff training.

  • 24/7 technical support, warranty and post-warranty service, regular software updates.

  • Reduce energy costs, automate resource accounting, calculate project ROI, optimize expenses.

  • Add new features, sensors, Smart City solutions, and custom changes for client needs.

  • Pilot tests, case studies, work with integrators, dealers, and government organizations.

2. DVC MONITOR Functions

  • Register unlimited objects in one account.

  • Measure basic and advanced electrical parameters.

  • Get data from extra sensors (Module A).

  • Check connection quality with devices.

  • Locate objects by address or GPS.

  • Turn equipment on, off, or reset it.

  • Use a map to find and identify objects.

  • Build charts of parameters (archive depth depends on plan).

  • Get alerts when parameters exceed limits or devices change state.

  • Works via GSM and Wi-Fi.

  • Waterproof design.

  • Connect a new object to monitoring in 15 minutes.

3. Pricing

  • Point Monitor cabinet — from $270.

  • Point Monitor compact — from $245.

  • Monthly subscription — from $35/month.
(GSM traffic depends on country and operator plan.)

4. Applications

  • Monitor equipment where long downtime is risky (boilers, chillers, pumps).

  • Analyze equipment use and energy consumption (e.g., number of cars at a car wash).

  • Prevent damage to expensive equipment from slow changes (e.g., overheating of mechanical parts).

  • Control chemical processes (dissolved oxygen, soil acidity, etc.).

5. How to Start

5.1 Preparation

  1. Buy a monitoring module: Point Monitor cabinet or Point Monitor compact (Wi-Fi or GSM).
